Dr Wisam Sarsam is a specialist endodontist registered on the General Dental Council specialist list who is able to accept all types of root canal cases, from simple to complex.

He is the dentist other dentists refer to where a higher degree of expertise is sought, when the root canal of the tooth is infected.

Graduating from the University of Newcastle in 2011, after working a number of years in general practice he went on, in 2015 to pursue his interest in endodontics. Since then, he has worked as a Registrar and a Clinical Lecturer in endodontics at Liverpool Dental Hospital. He also enjoys the management of anxious patients and is able to provide root canal treatment under sedation. When your tooth has an infection, which may manifest as pain or swelling, you will always be offered and explained the benefits of having a root canal treatment with our specialist endodontist Dr Wisam Sarsam. Your normal dentist will then undergo the final restoration of the tooth, once the root canal is completed.

Currently, Wisam provides endodontics in and around London and is undertaking a Doctorate degree investigating the molecular mechanisms linking diabetes to endodontic infection.

Arwa is our periodontics specialist at Hayes Dental Specialists. When she is not at our practice, she teaches Periodontology to undergraduate students at Guys Hospital. She frequently attends national and international clinical meetings and conferences so the treatments she provides are informed by the latest technological and clinical advances in the field pf periodontology.

Arwa provides a comprehensive range of non-surgical and surgical periodontal treatments, including open flap debridement, pocket reduction surgery, periodontal regeneration, crown lengthening and mucogingival periodontal plastic surgery. Other treatment includes the management of peri-implantitis.

Dr. Leena Shibl is an experienced dentist with a Master's degree in orthodontics, priding herself on her patient-centric and research-based approach to treatment. Graduating with top honours from Future University in Egypt, Dr. Leena has provided exceptional orthodontic care in multiple private practices over the past decade, successfully managing a wide range of cases. At Hayes Dental Specialists, Dr. Leena utilises cutting-edge technology, including intraoral scanners and 3D models, to clearly visualise and plan treatments.

With an MSc in Orthodontics, Dr. Leena has finalised her MOrth exam in orthodontics, further cementing her expertise in the field. Dr Snezana Nastova is a Specialty Doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery employed by Kings College Hospital.

She qualified as a Doctor in Dental Surgery in Skopje, Macedonia following which she obtained her UK qualification and membership with the Royal College of Surgeons In Edinburgh and London. Since 2009 she has acquired vast surgical experience working in some of the busiest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Units in the country including Birmingham and London.

She has trained under some of the most recognised and respected consultants in this field. These days she divides her time between Queen Mary’s Hospital and private practice. She provides oral surgery and minor skin surgery treatments under local, general anaesthetic and IV sedation.

Alongside operating she enjoys training and supervising junior doctors and undergraduate dental students. She is regularly commended for her friendly and gentle approach to patient care. In her spare time, she loves travelling with her family and exercising.

Vinesh has been a qualified dentist for over 15 years and is one of our longest serving dentists here at Hayes, having built up a large following of patients. He has acquired over 10 years experience in private practice dentistry and has numerous hours of courses and post graduate qualifications.

Vinesh has focused on cosmetic and general dentistry, especially in minimally invasive treatments which take the patient’s comfort into consideration. He has extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to cosmetic dentistry. Whether it is white fillings, dental bleaching techniques, crowns or veneers. Vinesh has an Aesthetics Diploma at Kings College London and Aesthetics certificates at a well renown UK academy, making sure his patients receive the best up to date treatment.

He has completed two separate postgraduate certificates in Dental Implants at accredited UK institutions allowing him to provide a full array of treatment options to his patients, including bone and soft tissue grafting. This allows him to replace missing teeth from start to finish with high success rates.

As a certified Invisalign provider, he has gone above what is required and completed a 2 year Diploma in Clear Aligners to allow him to provide Invisalign to a higher level of expertise than most practitioners and has improved the smiles of a number of patients successfully here at Hayes Dental Specialists.

He has also held teaching positions at the well renown Guys Dental Hospital and Kings College London and was fast tracked into this positions early on his career due to his exemplary skills.

Kunal is an implant dentist with a heart for creating healthy smiles. With a Master’s Degree in Implant Dentistry, Kunal has been transforming smiles by replacing badly broken or missing teeth. His passion for surgery stemmed from his time serving as a Senior House Officer in Oral Surgery at the world-renowned Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead. There, he performed many complex tooth extractions, including wisdom teeth procedures. Furthermore, he assisted in jaw alignment surgery and cancer operations. This often involved helping to place implants for patients who had lost teeth due to their cancer.

Kunal is also a certified Invisalign Full provider and thrives on the challenge of correcting complex alignment issues, complementing his work as an implant surgeon. This dual expertise allows him to create beautifully straight smiles, free of missing teeth.

Dr Ravi Desai is a prize winning dentist who graduated with honours from the University of Manchester. Having successfully completed Foundation Training in south London he went on to pass dental faculty examinations of the Royal College of Surgeons England.

He is keen to provide high quality general dentistry with a special interest in minimally invasive treatments to provide smile makeovers. He has expanded his skill set with training in facial aesthetics from the award winning Avanti Aesthetics Academy based on Harley Street. He undertakes full facial consultations for aesthetic treatments with botulinum toxin and dermal fillers including lips and cheeks.

In his spare time Ravi is a keen squash player and enjoys keeping fit in the gym. He loves travelling and has spent time providing voluntary dental work abroad at Todos Juntos Children's Trust in South America.
